With our Organization growing so quickly, and taking on so many new challenges,
we are more in need of people willing to donate some of their time to help others in our community.

Randlin Homes is in immediate need of volunteers/leaders to help with our enterprise programs.
Positions Available Are: Flag sales- sit at various locations in the area to gather donations through selling stars and stripes to build a flag for a homeless veteran. One flag equals one month of housing. Seeking businesses, churches, etc...to keep the flag fundraiser going. Yard care- lawn mowing, leaf raking, hedge trimming, gardening, landscaping. Customer Service & Sales- at the HOPE Thrift Stores - Selling goods, negotiating prices and deliveries, working the cash register and making change. Auction and Craigslist- duties may include photography, image editing, appropriate placement of ads, and the ability to write clear, concise descriptions. Attaining donations from local businesses. Pick up, and delivery- of goods and furniture. Marketing- Planning and creating marketing tools to promote merchandise or service at the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right price. Will include, staging of furniture, clothes, books, household etc. Fund-raising- Working with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase cash flow. Volunteer Coordinator- enlisting and processing volunteer applications. |
