Linda Larson Schlitz M.S. -  President/CEO

Co-Founder, Volunteer Grant Writer/Fund Raiser, Social Worker. Linda Larson Schlitz has a Master's Degree in Counseling
and is a Certified Independent Social Worker and Professional Counselor with 16 years experience working with a
broad range of people with mental illness, chemical dependency, personality disorders and other types of disabilities.

John Blahuta - Treasurer

 John is a  Vietnam Veteran Honors graduate of the Army School of Finance.  He has spent his career in
corporate finance and auditing and has been with Randlin Homes since 2007 providing insight and assistance
in financial matters and resident issues.

 

 Bernadette Bashinski

Licensed Nurse Practitioner specializing in working with the mentally ill, and chemically dependent.
Bernadette has spent her career working with psychiatric patients in Wood and Portage counties.
Her passion for a holistic approach to treatment is a welcomed addition to our board

 

Gary Hall

Army Vietnam Veteran. Retired from the United States Post Office. Over 20 years experience
working with Veterans and speaking to youth about being a Veteran, the Vietnam War, and other life issues

Management Team

Executive Director- Joe Nikolai is a retired Army National Guard First Sergeant with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Joe has taught for many years in the academy and has owned and operated his own business and is an ideal candidtate to begin our new eduction and training program.

Resident/Program Manager - Ralph Schlitz Jr. is going to be working with program development and participating in our comprehensive assessments to develop individualized education, employment and treatment plans with each student-resident.

Financial Manager - Treasurer - John Blahuta is overseeing the financial integrity of the organization and will chair the finance audit committee.

Vocational Education and Training - Linda will be working to coordinate the assessment team to ensure each resident is assessing career plans and addressing barriers to employment and self sufficiency.
