The following board members are presently leading Randlin Homes into some exciting new directions! We are seeking new board members to join the team as we continue our strategic planning and implementation. We are very grateful to have received a mentoring scholarship from the SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and in July of 2013 Board Members and Staff began a series on Building Non Profit Sustainability that is presented by FORWARD Community Investments and funding through a grant from Ghidorzi and the Community Foundation of Northcentral Wisconsin.  Board Members for 2013 – 2014

Beth Ann Richelen
Title: President

Beth is a Licensed Attorney at Judicare where she assists low income individuals with legal issues. She is an experienced grant writer and great asset as a leader. Beth is on the Finance Committee and brings legal insights to board concerns. 

Tammy Obermeier
Title: Acting Secretary/Non Voting Board Member
Tammy has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.. She has been a social worker for five years and has worked six years at the Wausau Daily Herald and Everest Herald. Tammy has also worked as a care provider for disabled veterans and is overseeing the One More Time Home Furnishings Store and the 4th Avenue Veterans Home.   
Nancy Heil 
Title: Bookkeeper 
Nancy is the previous owner of Northways Sports LTD doing business as Denny’s Auto Tech and DPR Incorporated. Nancy was the finance manager for CPI Financial Inc out of Chicago and is a Wausau Native. Nancy is an invaluable asset to our bookkeeping and auditing team.
Marshall Weideman
Title: Board Member
Fundraising Coordinator

A committed member who has come up with many creative ways to raise funds. Marshall is the owner of Paint A Room Painting and has been with Randlin Homes for 3 years.
